BonusSonar

Privacy policy

Who we are

BonusSonar ("we") tracks SAS EuroBonus award-seat availability and alerts members when seats appear. We are based in Stockholm, Sweden. For anything in this policy, write to [email protected].

What we collect

Account: your email address and sign-in method (Google, or a one-time email code). That is the account — there is no password to store.

Alerts: the routes, dates, cabins and party sizes you ask us to watch, and the alert emails we have sent you.

Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and a customer reference; we never see or store card numbers.

Support: messages you send through the contact form or chat, so we can answer them.

Usage: standard analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) on the public site, and the chat widget (Crisp) when you open it. These use cookies or similar identifiers.

What we use it for

To run the product: signing you in, watching the routes you chose, sending the alerts you asked for, and answering when you write.

To bill the subscription, through Stripe.

To understand, in aggregate, which pages and routes matter — so we focus on what people actually search for.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing on behalf of anyone else.

Who processes it for us

Google Cloud (hosting and database, EU region), Firebase (authentication), Stripe (payments), Brevo (transactional email), Crisp (chat), Google Analytics and Meta (site analytics). Each processes data only to provide its service.

How long we keep it

Account and alert data: for as long as the account exists. Contact messages: up to two years. Payment records: as long as accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have the account and everything attached to it deleted — one email to [email protected] is enough, from the address the account is registered to. Cancelling the subscription is available directly on the account page, no email needed.

If you believe we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to your local data-protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, members are told by email before the change applies.
